AKF CERTIFICATION

OFFICIAL GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY

Certified organizations agree to comply with all AKF certification requirements, applicable regulations, and
accreditation standards.

Clients must provide accurate documentation and promptly notify AKF of any significant operational or management
system changes.

Continued certification validity requires cooperation with surveillance audits and accreditation body evaluations.

Certification status must not be misused, misrepresented, or applied outside its approved scope.

AKF ensures strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is legally required.

Certification services are subject to invoicing and payment terms, and failure to comply may result in suspension or
withdrawal.

AKF liability is limited to service fees, and disputes are resolved through arbitration under Egyptian law.
