AKF CERTIFICATION

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION PROCESS SUMMARY

The AKF Certification Process includes: Enquiry & Quotation, Application, Stage-1 Audit, Stage-2 Audit,
Surveillance, Re-certification, and Special Audits.

Stage-1 Audit verifies documentation, site-specific conditions, and readiness for Stage-2. Observations must be resolved
before proceeding.

Stage-2 Audit evaluates implementation and effectiveness of the management system against applicable ISO standards.
Nonconformities are raised and corrected according to defined timelines.

Certification is granted only after closure of all nonconformities. Certificates are valid for 3 years, with regular surveillance
audits to ensure ongoing compliance.

Surveillance audits monitor internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and system effectiveness.
Recertification confirms continued conformity and improvement.

AKF may suspend, withdraw, or reduce scope of certification if requirements are not met, or if misuse of certification
occurs. Certificates remain property of AKF and use of logo must comply with guidelines.

Clients must inform AKF of significant changes in organization, management, scope, or legal status to maintain
certification.
